We have a café, and you can enjoy free drinks all day. We have hang out areas, table football, and some of our team get together and play music at lunchtime - or even go out for a run! We get together as a company quarterly to eat pizza and find out what's been going on, and we have dress up days, team evenings out and charity events.

Flexible Working Hours

It's about getting the job done! We have core office hours of 10am-4pm and the rest is up to you.  Flexibility = Responsibility.

Working from Home

Waiting for a delivery? Need to look after a sick kid? Just not feeling too great? Sometimes it's easier to work from home.

Working in the office

This is where most of the team hang out, so we provide free coffee and tea, table football, an area to play instruments (very popular here at GOSS) and free parking. There is a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge for you to use. As well as a great café area with wonderful views over the moor.
