GOSS iCM is packed with new features that will help Administrators and Developers deliver improved products, services and information via websites and mobile devices.
Administrators can make use of more GOSS Forms Expert enhancements with new field types and a unique tool to import a form from HTML to a GOSS iCM form. Developers can also do more with the GOSS API server and Talend integration tools to further enhance customer experience. Talend provides over 800 connected to major applications and databases.

GOSS iCM 10.0.2.0 includes support for Talend Data Integration, providing the field types and forms necessary for uploading a Talend "job" to the API Server, ready for use in GOSS iCM. Within (a free addition to GOSS iCM) it is now even easier to import and export forms and groups of forms. Drop-Down lists can be tested, if the data they use is populated from a 3rd party data source. Google Analytics tracking code is easier to add to forms so that each event and error message can be captured in Google Analytics.
With GOSS Forms Expert is also designed to speed up the development of forms for Mobile, Tablet and other responsive devices.
Channel Shift ready
GOSS iCM is the perfect choice for organisations who want to realise savings with Channel Shift. In the , completed by 442 individuals from 362 organisations, 58% of respondents said they had a Channel Shift strategy in place - up from 39% in the last survey - and that Channel Shift is expected to save, on average, £1.75m per organisation in the next 12 months. Re-engineering business processes and delivering services on mobile devices are also seen as top targets for 2015. 89% of respondents say that they are either already engaged in, or planning to engage in Business Process Mapping in 2015. 42% of survey respondents stated that mobile channels are seen as the biggest source of cost savings.
