Clients can download free Channel Shift Accelerators which include all the Forms and Workflows needed to tie the workflow together from the Self-Service Marketplace. Integration tools are included so that 3rd party data sources can be surfaced as required, such as a post-code and bin collection dates.

The post-code look-up will find the all the properties in the Council area. This allows user to select their house to view which bins are collected on which days. The results are represented with graphics and dates. Smartphone users can take a photo of the faulty streetlight and upload it with a simple form. The form can capture the location of the photo if GPS tagging is enabled. Alternatively the user can use a map to locate the fault (defaulting to their current location).
