Initial onboarding will be a webinar followed by a Configuration Checklist - the webinar is for Management/Senior Registrar who understands current processes and work practices and members of staff who will assist in ongoing administration of the system - duration is two to three hours

Follow up webinar once Config completed - this is with same attendees - objective is to ensure system is set up correctly for onsite training - two hours
