Our Support System is used to track issues once your project is live and gives you direct access to your Support Technician.

The GOSS Online Support System allows users to log tickets, review current open issues and search closed tickets. The system also provides a 'My Tickets' summary and also allows users to see activity across their organisation using the 'My Company Tickets' section.

The Support System also contains a growing library of technical FAQs. This secure resource allows our Technicians to provide the type of detailed solutions you wouldn't expect to see in a public forum.
