What sort of reporting would be available?

As part of the standard solution GOSS provide a daily and monthly report.

From this data the following information can be extracted:

  • Number of chats
  • Average chat length
  • Number of chats per agent
  • Average chat length
  • Average chat response time

In addition to this you may sign up to the advanced reporting module which provide an interface on the GOSS website where you can download reports at your convenience. This includes information above but also:

  • Daily total chats
  • Total chats per agent
  • Daily length of chats
