GOSS HolidayWall Technology Shortlisted for National Travel Industry Award

GOSS is celebrating being shortlisted as a finalist in the Best Technological Innovation category at the 2014 Travolution Awards.

Best Technological Innovation Travolution Awards 2014 GOSS HolidayWallHeld annually by leading travel media outlet, Travolution, the awards acknowledge companies, brands and individuals who excel in the fields of online travel distribution, digital marketing and technology. 

Those shortlisted for the Best Technological Innovation award were recognised as having developed the most innovative software or hardware products for the travel sector. Judges took into special account the originality of design and features, level of innovation measured against the wider community, evidence of success as defined by key performance indicators and the overall user experience.

A web-hosted platform, GOSS HolidayWall puts visual searching at the fore when browsing for holidays making the customer search journey more familiar. Based on technology that won a competition at the BBC's Connected Studio for GOSS against 40 competitors, HolidayWall allows a travel company's entire inventory to remain visible throughout a search as an interactive wall of images.

GOSS HolidayWall combines a range of innovative features to keep travel companies ahead of the competition through customer profiling, image-based search, weighted menu options, social sharing and valuable analytics.
