GOSS Interactive operates a number of user forums to suit all client requirements:

User Group

Bi-annual meeting of web administrators (March and October). New products are demonstrated, new implementations are exhibited and attendees are asked for their feedback on a variety of ideas. Clients can find out more in our extranet.

Developer Webinar

Online meetings/workshops every 3 months, aimed at client technical users who are developing within GOSS API. Clients can find out more in our extranet.

Usability Group

Ad hoc meetings for GOSS senior developers to gain an understanding of how content contributors use GOSS iCM.

Online Forums

Online discussion place where feature ideas can be suggested, discussed and voted on. The forum is invite only.

User Representative

The GOSS User Representative acts as a link between clients and GOSS. Any feedback can be given to the User Representative remains anonymously.

Getting involved

All clients are automatically invited to join in all of the above. Details of up coming User Community events and past minutes are all within the client extranet.
