e-petition - adding a petition

There is no training required for a citizen to add a new petition. The solution is simple and easy.

To add a petition the petitioner needs to:

  1. Register their details and validate their email address by clicking a link on an auto-generated email
  2. Log in to the website using their registered detail
  3. Click on "add e-Petition"
  4. Enter a heading, text details and background and optionally upload a document or image and give the petition's subject a location on a Google map, then click "submit"
  5. After submitting an e-Petition, the petitioner has to validate the submission by clicking a link on an auto-generated email

Submitted petitions need to be approved by the council who have full functional control over the e-Petitions.
