The GOSS project managers work co-operatively and closely with clients within a PRINCE2 or SCRUM project management framework to deliver solutions to agreed specifications, timescales and budgets.
We utilise project management methodologies with a clear emphasis on close communication as we feel it is one of the key factors to successful delivery. It is the established policy of GOSS to provide to all their clients a satisfactory product and service, to ensure that clients are satisfied with all aspects of the company's products and services and that all relevant business and legal or regulatory requirements and contractual security obligations are identified and managed.

- Initial consultation
- Project brief
- Formal project initiation
- Risk identification and management with risk logs
- Project planning with timeline
- Formal written design specification
- Stage planning and sign off
- Internal testing
- Client acceptance testing
- Formal project delivery to client and handover to GOSS support team
During all projects, GOSS ensure that close communication is maintained throughout project implementation and beyond. Communication will involve the GOSS Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, GOSS Trainers and Account Manager. Communication can be by telephone and email and will include periodic written reports as required.
