Support Request

GOSS offer full online and telephone support to clients.

Online

Access to the GOSS Online Support System is secured to existing clients via a log in screen here. The system can be used to:

  • Raise new tickets and upload documents
  • View and edit your own or your organisation's tickets
  • Manage your account

Alternatively you can email otrs@support.gossinteractive.com to raise a new ticket

Setting up an account

Each user needs to register by following these simple steps.

  1. Go to the GOSS Online Support System
  2. In the Username box in the "lost your password" section enter your email address
  3. Click on "submit"
  4. You will receive an automatic account activation email. Click on the link to generate a password.
  5. You will receive another automatic email with your password
  6. Enter your username (your email address) and the password sent to you by email and click "login"

You can change your password on the Preferences page.

Telephone

Telephone support is available by calling 0844 880 3637 and selecting option 2
