This tool is great for using on Twitter. On rollover it displays full URLs for Bit.ly and Tiny links. Plus shows user details when you rollover twitter handles such as @gossinteractive.
Bit.ly tip - only use short URLs on Twitter. Permalinks are much better on other sites (Facebook, LinkedIn etc) as this will improve your SEO.
