Along with many other council websites, GOSS client dorsetforyou.com uses an online questionnaire to ask its users what they think of the website. Since improvements went live on dorsetforyou.com last summer, overall net satisfaction (those satisfied minus those unsatisfied) has increased from 9% in July 2008 to 33% in April 2009.
The breakdown of the responses for April 2009 was:
- 10% = very dissatisfied
- 11% = quite dissatisfied
- 24% = okay
- 22 = quite satisfied
- 33 = very satisfied
Thus, 55% satisfied (22+33) minus 21% dissatisfied (10+11) = 33% net satisfaction (after rounding)
