The programme provides a structured way for companies to build complementary integrations, adapters and applications around Lagan's flagship solution, Lagan Enterprise Case Management.

Selecting GOSS Interactive, and its intelligent Content Management system (iCM), recognises the power, flexibility and leadership the product holds in the online market.

The integration of GOSS iCM and Lagan's Enterprise Case Management enables governments to become more efficient, ensures public services are more citizen-centric, and facilitates joined-up working between departments and across wider public sector organisations. The Lagan Solution Partner Programme is designed to extend this commitment to quality and service and deliver integrated solutions which build on Lagan ECM.

The programme will deliver additional benefits to existing and new solution partners and ensure that Lagan customers receive the highest level of customer service, support and return on investment. It also offers solution accreditation to partners reflecting the highest level of confidence in their solution.

David Moody, Lagan's senior vice president, product explains, "Our Solution Partner Programme comprises a comprehensive set of initiatives that provide Lagan partners with the opportunity to integrate their own set of value-added offerings within the Lagan Enterprise Case Management solution. Customers can be confident that a solution provided by GOSS will work seamlessly with Lagan ECM. In addition, we've found that customers are enjoying more value from solutions developed within the context of the programme, as the partner is free to add value in almost whatever way they see fit. Finally, this programme will continue to add more value to the customer as the number of partners and their associated solutions grow."

GOSS's managing director, Rob McCarthy added, "By creating a tighter integration with Lagan ECM, our clients already using Lagan ECM will benefit quickly from a better citizen facing web experience. It is also great news for existing Lagan clients who are looking for a full web solution that integrates effortlessly with Lagan ECM."
