GOSS launches intelligent suggestion, tagging and classification tooliSuggest an intelligent natural language processing system that can integrate with information management software to classify entries is unveiled by GOSS.iSuggest is a web service which can be plugged into existing information management software, for example web content management and document management systems. Using natural language it selects topics from a given taxonomy including IPSV (Integrated Public Sector Vocabulary) and also client-specific classifications. The iSuggest tool does this by automatically scanning digital content, whether it be text, data, still or moving images, and offers the relevant metadata for attachment. Richard George, chief executive of GOSS, said: "As the production and availability of massive collections of electronic data are growing at alarming proportions, dealing with this material is becoming increasingly difficult. Finding a way of automatically tagging content has been a headache until now." "We have developed iSuggest and now organisations can be sure that their information can be found quickly and easily"
