eMail to Web Meets New Demands for Information DeliveryThe University College for the Creative Arts at Canterbury, Epsom, Farnham, Maidstone and Rochester have invested in a new efficient content delivery module, eMail to Web, to meet the new evolving demands for the timely publication of information to the UCCA website.2005 saw the merger of the Surrey Institute of Art and Design with the Kent Institute of Art and Design to form the University College of Creative Arts (UCCA). This merger has seen the size of the team increase to meet the new demands for information delivery. UCCA have invested in the content delivery, eMail to Web. The Module enables users to contribute their information to iCM quickly and without any training. The module allows users to publish information to their site remotely and securely. The content is sent into specific areas of iCM where it is ready for the site editor to approve and publish. This provides site contributors with an alternative way to work, thus making iCM available to all employees and reducing training costs. It extends functionality and allows any kind of remote working to be monitored through the workflow request log. The iCM Email module also offers tremendous commercial services opportunities such as live traffic updates, stock market movements and real-time news bulletins. Bob Wood, Web Manager, UCCA, says, "The GOSS eMail to Web module has provided us with efficient, fast delivery of content, thus relieving intense pressure on our training team throughout the merger".
