iCM LicensesGOSS's flexible licence structure supports a wide range of organisational business requirements. The licence fee is a one off cost. Licences are per server with no cost per user element, supporting rapid and low cost expansion to meet changing needs. The four-tier structure enables you to select the licence that meets your requirements, while our upgrade policy supports future expansion to suit your development planning. Additional licences including development licences are also available and we work closely with clients to ensure that your licences support your current and future requirements. The four-tier model:
Standard LicenceThe GOSS iCM Standard Licence is attractive for organisations who require a single site solution: a corporate website or intranet. In this instance, iCM is installed on a single server and drives and manages the site. Multi-site LicenceThe GOSS iCM Multi-site licence supports organisations deploying multiple sites on two servers. This often means a corporate website and intranet, each installed on a separate server. Enterprise LicenceThe GOSS iCM Enterprise Licence supports multiple instances of iCM within a centrally located clustered server environment. This is used in instances where an organisation requires a corporate website and subsites for separate divisions, partner organisations, stakeholders or others. Portal LicenceThe GOSS iCM Portal Licence supports numerous instances of iCM within a hosted centrally located clustered environment. This enables collaborative cross organisational and partnership arrangements for the delivery of services and information through portal sites.
